Tuesday – Lemon Garlic Grilled Chicken Sammich – $15.99

Hand trimmed and seasoned lemon garlic chicken breast seared and served on a toasted chef line bun with melted provolone and light creamy spread. Topped with lettuce tomato and onion. Served with fries and homemade ranch.

Tuesday – Creamy Mushroom and Wild Rice Chicken Bowl – $16.99

Creamy homemade mushroom and chicken sauce over fresh steamed wild rice served with garlic sage sautéed carrots.

Wednesday – Chicken Bacon Popper Quesadilla- $16.99

These giant quesadillas come loaded with creamy cheese blend smoked chicken and sautéed jalapeños! Dip these giant slices in our homemade southwest ranch!! Served with fries and ranch.

Thursday will be Pasta! Two options!!

Roasted Garlic Chicken Alfredo: This dish features homemade creamy garlic Alfredo loaded with fresh seasoned shaved chicken thighs over steamed noodles served with garlic baguette slices. – $17.99
 
Creamy Basil Tri Tip Tortellini: This pasta has a creamy homemade Alfredo with fresh shaved medium rare tri tip steak over three cheese tortellini!! Served with garlic baguette slices. – $21.99
 

Friday – Lent Special Lobster Bisque!! – $16.99

Homemade from scratch lobster stock turned creamy delight with chunks of fresh steamed lobster added to each severing and topped with diced green onion! Don’t miss out!!! 16oz served with garlic baguette slices!

Friday – ALL DAY will be prime rib dips! – $17.99

These dips have reverse seared prime on a toasted hoagie bun with homemade super sauce. Served with bone broth au-jus and homemade ranch. (Homemade black and blue available)

Friday – STARTING AT 4PM is prime rib meals!

These meals have either 10oz or 16oz slice of reverse seared medium prime! Served with cheesy basil tortellini and New zesty Italian sautéed green beans

Saturday Sammichs – Two options:

The classic tri tip sammich: piled high with reverse seared tri tip on a toasted bun with light spread, sautéed peppers and onions smothered in provolone cheese!! Served with fries and homemade ranch. – $16.99
 
The arugula & herb tri tip sammich: This sammich has a toasted chef line bun smeared with bubbly melted provolone on one side and a creamy garlic and herb spread on the other then loaded with reverse seared tri tip and topped with arugula and a light olive oil and vinegar drizzle. Served with fries and homemade ranch. -$18.99

Saturday Shaved Roast Beef Dinner – $21.99

This dinner will have a generous portion of shaved reverse seared medium rare tri tip drizzled with our light bone broth gravy or black and blue cheese steak sauce. Served with garlic sautéed green beans and homemade mashed taters.
