Spicy garlic and Thai pepper seared chicken thighs paired with a creamy coconut lime jalapeño sauce & seasoned bean drizzle over fresh steamed rice!!
 

Tuesday Starting at 4pm Tri tip Steak Finger Dinner- $29.99

3 hand trimmed and marinated steaks cooked to perfection and served with Mediterranean style balsamic parmesan herb noodles and garlic sage seared carrots. Served with dinner roll and creamy homemade steak sauce.

Wednesday – Southwest Slow Smoked Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Sammich – $17.99

This sammich comes on brisket butter toasted sourdough with a pepper cream cheese spread loaded with slow smoked pulled pork and topped with melty provolone. Served with our beef tallow fries and homemade ranch.

Wednesday – Slow Smoked Pulled Pork Sammich- $16.99

Toasted chef line bun with creamy spread loaded with slow smoked pulled pork and topped with made that day slaw. Served with our tallow fried fries and homemade ranch.

Wednesday – Slow Smoked Pulled Pork Dinner – $18.99

A large serving of our fresh never reheated slow smoked pulled pork served with Grub tub baked beans or fries and homemade blueberry cornbread with homemade sweet cream cheese butter!!!

Special shaved garlic seared chicken paired with pan fried gnocchi covered in a homemade creamy cheese sauce and topped with fresh homemade basil pesto drizzle. Served with garlic parmesan cheesy baguette slices.
 

Friday – Arugula & Tomato Herb tri tip sammich!- $18.99

This sammich has a toasted chef line bun smeared with bubbly melted provolone on one side and a creamy garlic and herb spread on the other then loaded with reverse seared tri tip and topped with arugula and marinated grape tomatoes with light olive oil and vinegar drizzle. Served with beef tallow fries and homemade ranch.

Friday – Classic Tri Tip Tortellini! – $22.99

This classic pasta dish has fresh steamed 5 cheese stuffed tortellini paired with a creamy cheesy homemade Alfredo style sauce and shaved reverse seared tri tip. Served with garlic baguette slices.

Friday – Bacon Chicken Alfredo – $17.99

This is a creamy delight with shaved seasoned chicken thighs in a homemade creamy cheesy herb sauce with smokey bacon bits over fresh steamed linguine noodles. Served with garlic baguette slices.

Saturday – Spicy Italian Sausage Pasta! – $17.99

Seared sausage paired with garlic, tyme & basil in a creamy cheesy sauce over fresh steamed Rotini. Served with garlic baguette slices.
