Looking for a unique private event venue in Dickinson, North Dakota? The Sage Lounge Rooftop & Bar offers an upscale rooftop rental experience perfect for corporate gatherings, birthday parties, private celebrations, networking events, rehearsal dinners, and social get-togethers. With private bar service, dedicated servers, comfortable seating, and customizable event options, The Sage Lounge creates an unforgettable atmosphere for your guests.
Private Rooftop Rental Packages
The Sage Lounge Rooftop & Bar Rental includes private rooftop access with seating and service for up to 47 guests, based on rooftop load capacity. Each rental includes professional bar service and servers, with a minimum rental time of 3 hours and options available to extend your event duration. Catered food services are available at a discounted rate, while beverages are served on an open tab basis and paid at the conclusion of the event.
Tuesday – Thursday Rooftop Rental
Private rooftop rentals are available Tuesday through Thursday for $700 per hour with a 3-hour minimum reservation requirement. These weekday rentals are ideal for business events, smaller private parties, client appreciation events, and social gatherings in downtown Dickinson.
Friday – Saturday Rooftop Rental
Weekend rooftop rentals are available Friday and Saturday for $900 per hour with a 3-hour minimum reservation requirement. Weekend bookings are perfect for larger celebrations, private nightlife experiences, wedding-related events, and exclusive group entertainment.
Full Restaurant Buyout Options
For larger private events, guests may also inquire about reserving the entire restaurant. Full venue rental pricing and customization options are discussed individually based on the event size, date, and service requirements.
