Tuesday will have two specials!

Reverse Seared Tri Tip Sammich. This sammich is piled high with reverse seared tri tip on a toasted bun with light spread, sautéed peppers and onions smothered in provolone cheese!! Served with fries and homemade ranch. – $16.99
 
Tri Tip Beef & Broccoli Ramen. This homemade Ramen is a hearty adult style Ramen with a rich beefy broth, rice noodles garlic seared tri tip and fresh steamed broccoli topped with shaved pickled carrots and fresh scallions. 32oz – $17.99
 

Wednesday: 

Slow Smoked Reubens come on toasted marble rye bread loaded with fresh slow smoked corned beef topped with warm sauerkraut and homemade super sauce. Served with fries and homemade ranch – $17.99
 
Slow Smoked Brisket Sammich. Slow smoked brisket sammiches come on a toasted chef line bun with a light creamy spread loaded with shredded slow smoked brisket and topped with fresh slaw. Served with fries and homemade ranch – $16.99

Thursday two pasta options!

Homemade Italian style spaghetti made from scratch with vine ripened tomatoes and a spicy sausage and burger blend paired with fresh basil and parmesan cheese over spaghetti noodles. Served with creamy basil baguette slices. – $17.99
 
Creamy chicken Alfredo made from scratch with sweet cream and parmesan paired with garlic seared chicken over fresh steamed noodles. Served with garlic baguette slices. – $16.99

Friday: ALL DAY will be prime rib dips – $17.99

These dips have reverse seared prime on a toasted hoagie bun with homemade super sauce. Served with bone broth au-jus and homemade ranch.

Friday: Starting at 4pm is prime rib meals:

These meals have either 10oz or 16oz slice of reverse seared medium prime! Served with creamy garlic mashed taters and cheesy steamed broccoli.
